ACE are based in the small white village of Montecorto, which is situated on the edge of the Grazalema Natural Park and has retained its traditional charm and beauty and this makes it the perfect location to relax and unwind after a day in the saddle. The pace of life is slow, the locals are friendly and the village is peaceful. The daily stresses and strains of modern day life seem to fade away as you slow down and relax into village life.
Owned and operated by Ashley and Claire Higgins, "Passionate about Pedalling and equally as passionate about Andalucia, especially Ronda, the Sierra de las Nieves and the Grazalema Natural Park. Our cycling holidays combine these two passions into a holiday that will be filled with fond and lasting memories. Our fun, friendly, personal approach means that from the moment we pick you up from the airport to the minute we drop you off again you are able to relax, unwind, chill-out and simply enjoy your riding".
"Guided cycling is our speciality". The mountain biking and road cycling is led by Ashley and the family cycling and leisure riding is led by Claire, both are experienced tour guides and you will visit many of the beautiful white villages in the Grazalema Natural Park often stopping at some of Ashley and Claire’s favourite tapas bars and places of interest along the way. There are plenty of opportunities to stop and enjoy the stunning scenery and local cuisine whilst experiencing the culture and history of Andalusia. By far the best way to explore rural Andalucia is on two wheels, you really get to immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of the countryside whilst riding.
If you want to go it alone then Ashley and Claire can arrange an inn to inn cycling holiday for you completely organised to your wishes and abilities. From airport pick up, including bikes, maps and advice plus baggage transport for you so all you have to do is enjoy the scenery and quiet roads of Andalusia.
