The situation of the Posada “Finca la Fronda” is a paradise for nature lovers. We are in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena & Picos de Aroche Natural Park in the North West of the province of Huelva, right out in the country, with spectacular views all around.

We offer 7 double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, which are so spacious and so carefully decorated that we find it hard to describe them as simple bedrooms.

Full Description: The situation of the Posada “Finca la Fronda” is a paradise for nature lovers. We are in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena & Picos de Aroche Natural Park in the North West of the province of Huelva, right out in the country, with spectacular views all around. Huelva forms the South West corner of Spain – bordering on the Atlantic and Portugal. We are 1.5 km from the village of Alájar, about 750m above sea level, on a 10 hectare farm covered principally with cork and edible chestnut trees.

We have put considerable effort incorporating the building into the surrounding environment, using rustic exposed brickwork, aged tiles and warm colours. The building is U shaped with a typical Andaluz central patio with a pond with fish and orange trees.

We offer 7 double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, which are so spacious and so carefully decorated that we find it hard to describe them as simple bedrooms. Additionally we have 2 sitting rooms – one comfortable and spacious and the other more intimate -, a dining room, 2 covered terraces and a swimming pool with a sun terrace.

The Posada is catalogued by the Tourist Office of the Andaluz Regional Government as a “Superior Category Holiday Home” although we operate as a small hotel. Click Here to go to the Website
