WINGSPAN BIRD TOURS offer a variety of exciting bird-watching day trips and accommodation in Andalucia, in Southern Spain. We are based in the beautiful pueblo blanco of Gaucin, in the heart of Andalucia. We are minutes away from fantastic scenery, beautiful landscapes and fabulous birdwatching.

We cater for everyone, we are flexible on dates, times and itinerary, we offer relaxed, easy going tours that are designed with you in mind. We appreciate that you are on holiday and are here to relax and enjoy.

We charge just €50 per person per day and that includes a door to door service, a picnic lunch and a checklist of all the wildlife you are likely to see.

For our week long tours Wingspan's bird-watching holidays are committed to the value for money - small group ethos, which has formed the basis of our business from the outset and because of that we remain considerably cheaper than our competitors. To keep our costs down we do not produce glossy brochures, we are soley internet-based.

Wingspan offer a door to door service for all the day trips as well as accommodation if you require it for longer stays. The tours are well planned, we have invaluable local knowledge, we know where to take you for an enjoyable day out.

We cater for everyone, we can lead from dawn til dusk with non-stop birding in between or we can take a more leisurely pace, strolling along quiet country tracks and bird watching at your pace. For the disabled we have set intineraries which will enable you to see most of whats on offer.

We can show you birds on your most wanted list or we can wait and see what comes along. We provide a checklist of the wildlife you see, our expertise includes birds, butterflies and mammals.

Anytime between March and October is the best time to visit, there are many species on our door step or within easy reach which include, Bee-eater, Hoopoe, Golden Oriole, Hawfinch, Wryneck, Booted, Short-toed & Bonelli's Eagles, Egyptian and Griffon Vultures, Pallid, Common and Alpine Swifts, Crag Martin, Rock and Blue Rock Thrush, Black and Black-eared Wheatear, Rock Petronia, Rock Bunting, Red-billed Chough, Red-necked Nightjars, Eagle Owl and many more.

A picnic lunch is provided on all our day trips and we can make as many or as few coffee stops as you wish for. It is your holiday and we appreciate that.
